Documentation:
AcknowledgeCompetencyDefinitions conveys the result of a ProcessCompetencyDefinitions request. CompetencyDefinitions Contains structured information about the semantics associated with a one or more competencies. A Reusable Competency Definition (RCD) is reusable in that it is without a specific context. In other words, it is a definition of a competency not yet associated with a person profile, position, or learning object. Acknowledge is a "Response Verb". Response Expressions represent and communicate actions taken by the receiver. XPath is the default expression language. The actionCode attribute (Accepted, Modified, Rejected specifies the action taken by the receiver. ChangeStatus allows detailed change and state information to be returned.
