NotifyDevelopmentPlan is used to inform the receiving party that an event related to a DevelopmentPlan has occurred or a DevelopmentPlan has been created or modified. DevelopmentPlan Supports the communication of a training or development plan. A common use might be the transfer of training or learning information from a performance management system to a learning management system. May include references to associated learning objects (courses, developmental tools, etc.) and objectives or achievement standards. Notify is a "Action Verb". ActionExpression(s) represent and communicate data management instructions. XPath is the default expression language. The actionCode attribute (Add, Change, Delete, Replace) specifies the action taken. The data entities being managed are represented as elements of the DevelopmentPlan noun in the BOD instance.
