NotifyEPMRaterPanel is used to inform the receiving party that an event related to a EPMRaterPanel has occurred or a EPMRaterPanel has been created or modified. EPMRaterPanel Contains a collection of information about individuals that are designated to serve as evaluators or "raters" within performance appraisal processes. Also see EPMParticipant, which is a possible alternative. Notify is a "Action Verb". ActionExpression(s) represent and communicate data management instructions. XPath is the default expression language. The actionCode attribute (Add, Change, Delete, Replace) specifies the action taken. The data entities being managed are represented as elements of the EPMRaterPanel noun in the BOD instance.
