Documentation:
Used to request processing of the DevelopmentPlan noun by a receiving application or party. DevelopmentPlan Supports the communication of a training or development plan. A common use might be the transfer of training or learning information from a performance management system to a learning management system. May include references to associated learning objects (courses, developmental tools, etc.) and objectives or achievement standards. Process is an "Action Verb". ActionExpression(s) represent and communicate data management instructions. XPath is the default expression language. The actionCode attribute (Add, Change, Delete, Replace) specifies the action to be taken by the receiver. The data entities being managed are represented as elements of the DevelopmentPlan noun in the BOD instance.
