The purpose of the NotifyOpportunity is to enable an application to provide Opportunity information from one business application to another business application. The NotifyOpportunity is provided in a a publishe/subscribe or broadcast buiness exchange wher the owner or the master of the given information provides it to the other business applications that need to know the information or have expressed interest. This information is provided as information it is up to the receiving system to determine what to do with it.
