Documentation:
The Party Receiver Id field uniquely identifies the Receiver of the message. This element can be used for parties within the Automotive Community as well as external parties. Party Id is not intended as a replacement for the Dealer Number. Suggested formats for OEMs or other large institutions include: DUNs Number, ShortMfgCode + DUNs, or ShortMfgCode. The suggested format for Dealers is: ShortMfgCode+Dealer Number.
