Abstract
Documentation:
A string uniquely identifying the Exercisability rule to be applied (e.g., when options are exercisable and how many shares can be exercised at what time). This might be used when the terms of the vesting could not be expressed using Share Number and Exercisability Date alone. The vesting rule would have been agreed upon and understood by the trading partner systems.
