PhysicalWeightMeasure is used to describe how much a person or other associated entity weighs in kilograms, pounds, etc. Note that the term "Weight" by itself is reserved for use within the HR-XML library to provide a relative ranking or specification of importance or priority of an entity among a group of peer entities.
