Abstract
Documentation:
SyncEPMResult is used when the owner of the data is passing or publishing that information or change in information to other software components. This is to be used when the receiver of the SyncEPMResult does not own the data. This verb is commonly used when mass changes are necessary or when a publish and subscribe mechanism is used in the integration architecture. The purposes of this verb include application integrity and ease of data entry for the business user by enabling a single point of input. EPMResult Defines a result from an employee performance management (EPM) process or "appraisal". An appraisal typically consists of a number of sections, including an overall rating or score, competency ratings, objective ratings, and other ratings (e.g., "core values" is an example of a section within some appraisals outside of the competency or objectives section). Also includes result metadata, such as appraisal dates, "prepared by," etc. Note that EPM is an HR-XML approved abbreviation for "Employee Performance Management".
