The Header information applies to the OnlineOrder as a whole, including the creator of the OnlineOrder, who it is intended for, effectivity of the OnlineOrder and so on. The status field on the OnlineOrder header is used in third party buying scenarios. Typically, in these scenarios, the OnlineOrder is created by a buyer on behalf of another entity or organization.
